The middle school literature survey is a fun and interactive membership experience. Students are introduced to several literary giants, dozens of literary genres and time periods, and several literary devices and writing strategies. Our middle school literature survey delivers lessons in a gentle and engaging way which allows families to work at their own pace (within an overall framework). Students meet with other students around the globe in our live classes to discuss the monthly mentor text and share their work, and in asynchronous video discussions. They test their knowledge with interactive games, and they work on lessons complete with video tutorials. Lessons are delivered via a monthly drop and your child can choose to work on the lesson on their own or add in the interactive portions for a full experience.
The middle school literature survey is a monthly subscription program that has different courses to choose from each year. So, each year, your child will get a completely new experience with new authors, new texts and new concepts. You can choose from World Literature, American Literature, or Female Authors and the Oral Tradition for the 2025 2026 school year.
